Punjab School Education Department has decided to organise a special lecture on the topics of motivation & Career counselling.
Giving information, the official spokesperson of the school education department said that the department is going to telecast a 35-minutes live lecture on Edusat for the benefit of students studying in secondary and senior secondary government schools of Punjab on August 7, 2023 at 10.20 am.
Director General School Education , Mr Vinay Bublani, said that in order to educate the students of all the secondary and senior secondary schools in the state on various subjects and topics, focused live motivational lectures will be telecasted via Edusat. The purpose of this lecture is to provide career education and to motivate students.
In coordination with the sports Department, Govt of Punjab, there will be a live lecture on “Importance of sports and job opportunities” on August 7, 2023 and it will be witnessed by students of 11th standard from all senior secondary schools of Punjab. The recorded lecture will also be uploaded later, which students can access anytime. This programme on sports will be coordinated live by Dr Shruti Shukla (PES cadre Academician) and Mr Mandeep (Gymnastics coach) from Sports department and they will sensitise students about all sports related policies, facilities and job opportunities along with other valuable suggestions.
