Chandigarh, February 9 – A joint team of Health Department, Food and Drug Administration Department and CM Flying Squad arrested two persons belonging to the gang who gave fake COVID RTPCR positive reports in Gurugram. This action was taken on the instructions of Haryana Health Minister, Sh. Anil Vij. The team has also seized laptops and other forged documents from the spot.
Sharing information in this regard, an official spokesperson of the Food and Drug Administration Department said that in compliance with the order of the State Health Minister, Sh. Anil Vij, a team of Food & Drug Administration, Chief Minister Flying Squad and Health Department raided Good Life Health Care Centre in DLF Phase-3 of Gurugram. This team included District Drug Control Officer, Sh. Mandeep Mann, Dr. Naman, Dr. Ramprakash Rai, Sub-Inspector, Satender and Sub-Inspector Randhir.
The spokesperson said that the team sent a fake (decoy) customer to Good Life Health Care Centre, DLF-3, which is the collection centre of SRL Diagnostic, to give a positive report for Rs 2000 to Lab Manager Anuj Sharma and employee Sanjeev. Thereafter, both were arrested and FIR was registered against them in the police station DLF Phase-3.
