CM window and Twitter handle have become a big solution

Chandigarh, October 27: The CM Window and Twitter handle of Haryana Chief Minister, Sh. Manohar Lal, is proving to be a great solution to resolve the grievances of the public directly from the Chief Minister’s Office, Chandigarh.

Divulging more details, Sh.  Bhupeshwar Dayal, OSD to the Chief Minister, said that the Chief Minister’s Office immediately takes cognizance of the complaints received on this platform.

The complainant is informed on the same day that their complaint has been received and they  will be informed again after it is resolved and the complaint will be filed only after their  written satisfaction.

Sh. Bhupeshwar Dayal said that in the year 2016, when the Chief Minister had started this system to directly reach the grievances of the people, initially people were hesitant.  But in the age of information technology, today’s young generation has liked this innovative system developed by the Chief Minister.

Taking cognizance of personal and public problems, the younger generation posts on the Chief Minister’s Twitter handle.  After that, in their retweets within about a week, they post thank you message to the Chief Minister for resolving the problem.

Nowadays it is the children who directly flag their problem before the Chief Minister and after the problem is resolved, the family comes to know that the solution has been done from the Chief Minister’s Office.

The OSD said that during COVID-19, @Cmohry and @mlkhattar have become popular in the country and abroad.

He told that recently @dkmehta33 from Fatehabad, @PawanKa57198633 from Sirsa, @impankaj_verma and @VinodBanger2 from Kaithal, @Nareshk06061587 from Hisar, @ravi_rawat22 from Palwal, @RajeshS91120131 from Bhiwani, @anuj007192006 from Gurugram and @anuj0072006 from @anuj0072006 and Karnal.  ANILNAR61871343  had flagged their problems on the Chief Minister’s Twitter handle and just within a week’s time  their problems were resolved.

They even retweeted the  messages to the Chief Minister as well as @PMOIndia, @narendramodi, @anilvijminister, @Dchautala and the Minister in charge of the concerned department and the Deputy Commissioner of the district.

He told that Gurmeet Singh, father of Asmeet Kaur, a XII (Non Medical) student from Kaithal, had sent a complaint on Twitter handle on September 30, 2021, that the school had refused to send his daughter’s name for the Board examination.

Taking cognizance of the same the CMO on the same day resolved the problem in just three and a half hours and Asmeet Kaur gave the Board exam.  This will probably be the first instance in the history of Haryana that complaints given in government offices have been acted upon with such promptness.
