- Chandigarh, May 2 – Haryana’s Nodal Officer for COVID for Jhajjar district, senior IAS, Dr. Sumita Mishra said that Jhajjar district is taking significant steps to contain the further spread of Corona in a safe manner. She further added that a cautious administration can ensure health safety and it is the only way to break the chain of Corona virus. She elaborated that the Jhajjar district will play its role to contain the spread of the virus in a planned manner.
- Dr. Sumita Mishra took a review meeting with regard to arrangements made to contain the spread of Corona virus in the district.
- Deputy Commissioner, Sh. Jitendra Kumar and Superintendent of Police, Sh. Rajesh Duggal gave information about the administrative arrangements. Nodal Officer, Dr. Sumita Mishra said that to prevent the spread, emphasis should be laid on wearing of masks and strict action should be taken against those who violate the guidelines. She further asked the officers concerned to ensure adherence of Covid Guidelines. Besides this, she took detailed information of other arrangements, including Macro Containment Zone and gave the necessary guidelines to the concerned officers. She also instructed the officers of the Health Department to ensure effective implementation of vaccination drive. She further said that Jhajjar District Administration is playing a pivotal role during this time of crisis, thus in this hour of need the residents of the area should fulfill their duty by adhering to the government with guidelines.
