If a private hospital will not set up an oxygen plant, strict action will be taken against them, he added. He said that a quota of oxygen was allotted to the state, though the state was arranging oxygen, but is facing a problem in getting tanker to get oxygen from Odisha as tankers are unable to lift the entire quota. He said that work is going on in this regard and will be completed at the earliest.
