Chandigarh, January 12 – The Bureau is considering a uniform policy for promotion of employees of all departments of Public Enterprises, so that all employees get equal opportunities to move forward. This was stated by Chairman, Haryana Bureau of Public Sector Enterprises, Sh. Subhash Barala in the Standing Committee meeting today. A total of 5 agendas of three departments were placed in this meeting today.
Chairman, Sh. Subhash Barala directed the officers to draft a blueprint of a uniform promotion policy so that no injustice is done to any employee. He added that the slogan ‘Sabka Sath-Sabka Vikas’ can only be achieved in the true sense  when different policies do not become a hindrance for any employee to move forward. Sh. Barala gave these directions while discussing an agenda of HSVP on getting different set of criteria for promotion of employees in different departments.
Apart from this, the agenda of Women and Child Development Department and Haryana State Cooperative Apex Bank Limited (HARCO BANK) were also discussed in the Standing Committee meeting. While discussing with the officers during the meeting, Sh. Subhash Barala said that the Chief Minister’s Parivar Pehchan Patra scheme is proving to be a boon and transperancy is being ensured in the system through this revolutionary initiative.
In this meeting, Additional Chief Secretary, Town and Country Planning Department, Sh. Devender Singh, Principal Secretary, Women and Child Development Department, Smt. G. Anupama, Special Secretary, Cooperation Department, Smt. Geeta Bharti, Director, Town and Country Planning, Sh. K.Makarand Pandurang and Managing Director, HARCO, Sh. Rahul Uppal were present.
