Doda 07.01.2020:- Temperature fluctuated in Jammu and Kashmir’s Doda district on Tuesday with fresh snowfall in the higher reaches and heavy rainfall reported from plain areas. Daily life was affected as the region has been witnessing heavy rain since the last three days. The areas where fresh snowfall was reported included Dessa, Nagni, Dedni, Jai, Padri and Gandoh in the mountainous Doda district.
DC Doda Dr Sagar D Doifode said that the team has swung into action to restore the link roads in Doda, while appealing to people to not travel via highways or link road in heavy rain or snow conditions.
