Union Jal Shakti Minister of State calls on Governor

Prahlad Singh Patel, Union Minister of State for Food Processing Industries and Jal Shakti along with his wife Pushplata Singh Patel and daughter Pratigya Singh Patel called on Governor Rajendra Vishwanath Arlekar at Raj Bhavan, today.

In his courtesy call, the Minister expressed contentment and said that drinking water facility has been made available to the far flung areas of Himachal Pradesh. He said that he was satisfied with the arrangements made by the department in the State in this direction. He also discussed with the Governor about natural farming.

Prahlad Singh Patel also visited the Raj Bhavan complex and was impressed by the historical and heritage building.

The Governor also honoured the Minister by presenting Himachali Cap and Shawl on the occasion.

Vivek Bhatia, Secretary to Governor was also present on the occasion.
