Haryana Dairy Development Cooperative Federation (HDDCF) has decided to make availability of sweets at Vita booths to make Vita brand more popular among the consumers. In this initiative, Vita has made an agreement with Chandigarh Sweets, a subsidiary of Haldiram India Pvt Ltd.
While giving this information today, Chairman of HDCCF, Sh. Randhir Singh said that Kaju Katli, Roasted Desi Barfi, Milk Cake, Doda, Motichoor Laddu, Gulab Jamun, Rasgulla, Special Barfi and Rabri will also be available in Vita Sweets. Earlier, only three Vita sweets including Besan Laddu, Milk Cake and Kaju Pinni were available at Vita booths. Sweets will be available in packs of 200 gm, 400 gm, 800 gm and 1 kg at the booths, he added.
Haryana Dairy Development Cooperative Federation has also started providing desi ghee in one liter and half liter packs. This ghee will be produced at Kurukshetra Desi Cow Ghee Plant with a production capacity of one metric ton.
Managing Director, HDDCF, Sh. A. Sreenivas informed that the farmers producing A2 milk are being paid premium of Rs. 2 per liter on the milk procurement price fixed by the federation. He said that the Federation has also taken initiatives for expansion of several projects, including expansion of existing plants and setting up of new plants and testing laboratories. He said that in the coming times, consumers will be able to enjoy the new products of Vita.
