World Humanitarian Day 2023 – The United Nations established World Humanitarian Day on August 19 of each year to honor those who have devoted their lives to humanitarian causes. It is also a day to honor all those who have given their lives in the service of mankind. The focus of this year’s theme, “The Human Race,” is on uniting as one global community to resist climate change and support marginalized groups all around the world. The UN has invited everyone, particularly those who use social media, to observe this day by expressing their support for vulnerable communities.
